hello!
​this is our story: In 2023, the two of us wanted to bring our art into the home with living pieces you can hug and cuddle with. buff is an artist who's been creating her paintings since 1975. kerstin has a background in architecture. Our mutual love of nature, beauty and whimsy has brought us together to create what we call jewelry for the home,

How did we decide on a name? Loving the letter z, the ampersand &, and the crazy long tail of the y. That's how: came up with Zazu&Myste.

Since then, we've been busy making sumptuous, whimsical, classical, and everything in between, items we love.

what we do
All our fabrics are printed with non-toxic, water-based pigments. We use eco-friendly manufacturing at all levels and partner with like-minded companies. While we continue to pursue environmental and social standards that fit our vision,
we know, too, that your ideas could spark something we haven’t thought of yet!

We print all of our indoor products on Celosia Velvet, Performance Linen and Essex Linen.
Our outdoor products are printed on Cypress Cotton Canvas or Dogwood Denim.
We’ve chosen these fabrics for their elegance and durability.

​​Performance Linen Our most elegant fabric offers the natural look and texture of traditional linen but with the durability of a 100% polyester fiber. Easy to care for, this fabric is perfect for spring and summer redecorating.

Essex Linen is a natural blend of 55% linen and 45% cotton that offers the slight crispness of linen with the flexibility of cotton. Easy to care for, Essex Linen has an timeless old-time feel to it.

Maintenance and care
All of our pillow covers can be machine washed and line-dried.
Warm iron if needed using a pressing cloth or by ironing on the unprinted side of the fabric.
May be dry-cleaned.
