What happens when art and architecture collide?
Joining forces in 2023, we combined Buff’s decades-long experience as an award-winning visual artist with Kerstin’s extensive background in interiors and architecture to create Functional Jewelry for Your Home.
​
Our company was born of a fantasy inspired by our shared love of the mysteries and magic of Nature, Beauty and Art. Our mission was to find ways to bring more of these life-enhancing qualities into our own homes and yours, starting with our first collections of decorative pillows.
We needed to find a name. Loving the letter “Z”, the ampersand and the letter “Y,” we came up with Zazu & Myste. We hope you love it! We have been busy ever since, making sumptuous, whimsical, classical, and otherwise,
items to love.

All our fabrics are printed with non-toxic, water-based pigments. We use eco-friendly manufacturing at all levels
and partner with like-minded companies. While we continue to pursue environmental and social standards that fit our vision,
we know, too, that your ideas could spark something we haven’t thought of yet!

our fabrics
We print all of our indoor products on Celosia Velvet, Performance Linen and Essex Linen.
Our outdoor products are printed on Cypress Cotton Canvas or Dogwood Denim.
We’ve chosen these fabrics for their elegance and durability.

Celosia Velvet is our most popular fabric. Soft and “velvety,” it brings warmth to any space. Something to consider when cozying up in the winter.​​ An ideal pet- and family-friendly fabric.​

​​Performance Linen Our most elegant fabric offers the natural look and texture of traditional linen but with the durability of a 100% polyester fiber. Easy to care for, this fabric is perfect for spring and summer redecorating.

Essex Linen is a natural blend of 55% linen and 45% cotton that offers the slight crispness of linen with the flexibility of cotton. Easy to care for, Essex Linen has an timeless old-time feel to it.

Cypress Cotton Canvas. Heavyweight, this fabric has a sophisticated basketweave texture that offers lived-in luxury for all your outdoor home décor.​​​​

Dogwood Denim. A rugged and sturdy fabric perfect for durable outdoor upholstery.

All our fabrics are printed in the US, using eco-friendly, water-based inks.​​

Maintenance and care
All of our pillow covers should be hand-washed in cool water and line-dried.
Warm iron if needed using a pressing cloth or by ironing on the unprinted side of the fabric.
May be dry-cleaned.
